The company is located in Chaoyang Town, Mengjin District, Luoyang City, covering an area of 43.6 acres, with a plant building area of 13,000 square meters. Currently, the company employs over 120 staff members. The company comprises various departments, including the General Office, Research and Development Department, Production Department, Technical Department, Quality Inspection Department, and Sales Department. With a production capacity of over 20,000 tons of special wear-resistant parts and mill liners, the company has received high praise from its customers.
The company independently develops new types of wear-resistant materials with two main characteristics: 1. Advanced and scientific material composition; 2. New Wear-Resistant Steel for Semi-Autogenous Mill Liners:
Since early 2013, our company has been addressing the issues of easy breakage and rapid wear of large semi-autogenous mill liners. After hundreds of tests and experiments over two years, we successfully completed the trials at the end of 2014 and developed a new wear-resistant steel product with an optimal balance of high hardness and flexibility. The current new wear-resistant steel meets customer requirements for long service life, high wear resistance, and reduced risk of breakage. When used on the same semi-autogenous mill, the lifespan of our liners is over 1.3 times longer than those from other manufacturers with the same specifications.Wear-Resistant Alloy Layers:
The wear-resistant alloy layer created through hardfacing exhibits excellent wear resistance, with an operating time of over 8,000 hours.
